I love to make your ceremony unique and specific to your relationship. This questionnaire is to find out a bit more about you two and build the content for your ceremony. Please answer the following questions, together or individually.

Take your time and enjoy answering. The more info you can include and heartfelt responses, the more I can get to know you both and the more personal I can make your ceremony. Taking this time to reflect can also be a great help for when you are writing your vows.

With that in mind, ultimately this is about you two. So, only answer questions you feel comfortable with, and with answers that you would be happy having mentioned during the ceremony. You can either read the ceremony script before the day, or choose to keep it a surprise – just let me know.
