Your ceremony is the heart of your wedding day. It’s the moment you transition from “me” to “we,” and I believe that moment should be as unique as your relationship. My fees reflect the time, care, and legal expertise I pour into making sure your ceremony is seamless, legal, and above all memorable.
What’s Included in Every Professional Package:
- The Creative Process: An initial consultation (coffee or Zoom!) to see if we click and discuss your vision.
- Legal Guidance: I’ll walk you through the New Zealand marriage license process so you don’t have to stress about the paperwork.
- The Filing: I’ll ensure all legal documents are submitted to Births, Deaths, and Marriages promptly after the “I do’s.”
- Access to exclusive content: You’ll get access to my online content, which provides vow guides, wedding tips and planning resources.

Ceremony Packages
1. The Full Story (Bespoke Ceremony)
Elevated storytelling and seamless coordination for your Nelson or Tasman wedding.
From $300
This is the “whole heart” package. From our first coffee in Nelson to the moment you walk back up the aisle as a married couple, I am in your corner. We’ll skip the clichés and “insert-name-here” templates; instead, I’ll craft a custom script that captures your unique chemistry, your history, and your hopes for the future.
Package highlights:
- Crafted With Love: A completely original ceremony script with unlimited revisions until it feels exactly like “you.”
- The Calm Before: A full on-site rehearsal to settle the nerves and ensure everyone (from the flower girl to the groom) knows exactly where to stand.
- Arrival & Setup: I arrive at least 30-45 minutes early to coordinate with your photographer and venue.
- The Professional Touch: I’ll coordinate with your photographer and videographer to ensure they get the perfect shot without a celebrant-head in the way!
- Total Support: From vow-writing prompts to “emergency” tissues on the day, I’m your go-to person.
2. The Simple & Sweet
Beautiful, meaningful, and low-stress.
From $200
Perfect for couples who want a beautiful, meaningful ceremony without the bells and whistles. This is an intimate option for elopements or small gatherings where the focus is purely on your vows and the legal essentials.
Package Highlights:
- The Ceremony: A warm, pre-crafted ceremony with space for your personal vows.
- The Focus: Designed for intimate groups (usually under 20 guests).
- Note: This package does not include a rehearsal or a bespoke “love story” script.
Travel & Extras
- Travel: Travel within the Nelson/Richmond area is included. For ceremonies in Golden Bay, the Lakes, or further afield, a small travel fee of $0.80 per km applies.
- Rehearsals: If not included in your package, a rehearsal can be added for an additional fee.
- PA system: Use of my high-quality, battery-powered PA system and wireless microphone (so your guests don’t miss a word) for $100.
