- Connection: First, we’ll have a quick chat (in person or online) to share visions and make sure we’re a great fit.
- Select your package: Once we’ve connected, you can select your preferred package directly through my website. This captures all your essential wedding details in one place so I can start prepping your date.
- Pay your deposit: A 20% non-refundable deposit (or full payment if you prefer) officially locks your date into my calendar.
- The Creative Process: An initial consultation (coffee or Zoom!) to see if we click and discuss your vision.
- Legal Guidance: I’ll walk you through the New Zealand marriage license process so you don’t have to stress about the paperwork.
- The Filing: I’ll ensure all legal documents are submitted to Births, Deaths, and Marriages promptly after the “I do’s.”
- Access to exclusive content: You’ll get access to my online content, which provides vow guides, wedding tips and planning resources.
My approach is simple: more heart and zero stress. Whether we’re deep-diving into your history for a Bespoke celebration or keeping things Sweet & Simple, you’ll have the full support of my Planning Suite. These are the tools I’ve built to help you nail your vows, sort your music, and feel completely prepared—so that on the day, you can just show up and actually enjoy being married.
- Travel: Travel within the Nelson/Richmond area is included. For ceremonies in Golden Bay, the Lakes, or further afield, a small travel fee of $0.80 per km applies.
- Rehearsals: If not included in your package, a rehearsal can be added for an additional fee.
- PA system: Use of my high-quality, battery-powered PA system and wireless microphone (so your guests don’t miss a word) for $100.
